Appointment Deposit Policy

A $25 deposit is required for new client exams and surgical procedures. This deposit is non-refundable if the practice is not notified of cancelation/rescheduling within 24 business hours in advance. If the client needs to reschedule or cancel the day of their appointment because of an extenuating circumstance, it is at the discretion of the Hospital Manager and/or the Medical Director if the deposit is refundable.
