For emergencies during business hours, please call ahead to confirm availability and that we will have a doctor on staff prior to your arrival. If we do not have a doctor on staff, our team will help to refer you to a hospital that is open.

After Business Hours
In the event you have to visit an emergency clinic, we will receive the records after your visit so we can follow up if your pet needs further care. Clients are always welcome to leave a message at our regular number at 904-744-1100.

Where Can I Park?
Parking here at the Fort can be challenging on our busy days.
Please feel free to double park behind the last three cars located at the end of the building on the Fort Caroline side. This is where our staff normally parks, and we won’t mind being blocked in!
We also have a small driveway off of Cesery Blvd. that leads towards our fenced in area.
You may park in this driveway, or in the spots available off of the driveway, at any time. If you need a wheel chair ramp, we have a portable ramp that we will be happy to have in place for you. We will be happy to help you in anyway we can. Never hesitate to ask!
